• Contact Information: Full name, email address, phone number, home address, and billing address
• Student Information: University name, graduation year, dorm or apartment details, and student ID (for package tracking)
• Parent or Guardian Information: Name, email, and phone number (optional, provided by you)
• Storage & Inventory Data: Item descriptions, package IDs, pickup/delivery addresses, and scheduling preferences
• Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe; we do not store full card details
• Communication Preferences: Including your opt-in consent to receive SMS text messages

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Register your account and manage your storage services
• Track and update the status of your stored items throughout the pickup, storage, and delivery lifecycle
• Send automated email and SMS notifications about your account, scheduling, and storage status updates
• Process payments for registration fees and monthly storage
• Communicate with you about your service, schedule changes, or support requests
• Improve our website, portal, and overall customer experience

3. SMS Text Messaging (Twilio)

Campus Movers uses Twilio to send SMS messages. By opting in, you agree to receive messages for the following purposes:

• Account registration confirmation
• Welcome Kit delivery notification
• Pickup and delivery scheduling reminders
• Storage status updates (items picked up, in storage, delivery scheduled, delivery completed)
• Payment reminders and confirmations
• Time-sensitive service alerts

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages will be sent. To re-enable SMS, reply START at any time or update your preferences in your student portal.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and storage lifecycle stage. You may receive up to 8–10 messages per active storage period.

No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing: Your phone number will never be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Zoho Creator – Storage & Logistics Platform

We use Zoho Creator, a cloud-based application development platform, to power our student-facing portal and administrative dashboard. This application:

• Stores your registration data, item inventory, and storage lifecycle records
• Tracks the status of your packages using unique barcode IDs
• Manages scheduling requests, delivery windows, and route logistics
• Triggers automated email and SMS notifications at each stage of your move
• Provides Campus Movers staff with an admin dashboard to manage pickups, deliveries, and storage

Data stored in Zoho Creator is subject to Zoho's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), Zoho (portal and CRM), and our storage warehouse partner, solely to fulfill your services
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may transfer to the acquiring entity

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your data, unless we are legally required to retain it.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time (reply STOP)

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Payments are processed through Stripe using SSL encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
